Rules & Regulations
The Rules of The Fell Pony Society are contained within the Memorandum and Articles of Association dated June 2020. Rules may be amended only at an Extraordinary General Meeting called for the purpose.
The Regulations of The Fell Pony Society may be amended only by a majority vote in Council.
Other Regulations, Guidelines & Procedures
Due to changing legislation, it is frequently necessary to update and amend the Society’s Regulations. Consequently some of the Regulations may be in the process of being altered or adjusted. Changes approved by Council will be published in the Society newsletter and on the Society’s website.
